Terms of Service
Fuel STK · Effective date: July 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of Fuel STK ("the App", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree
to them. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Not medical advice
The App provides general nutrition and meal-planning information, including AI-generated meal suggestions.
It is not medical, dietary, or health advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with
a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional. Macro targets, meal plans, and AI
suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific health needs, allergies, or medical
conditions — the App does not currently track allergies or dietary restrictions, so you are responsible for
reviewing any suggestion before acting on it. Consult a professional before making significant changes to
your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
AI-generated content
Some features (such as AI-generated meal plans) use a third-party AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to compose
suggestions from the foods in your pantry. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or not account for
information the model wasn't given. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before
relying on them.
Your account
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account → Delete account in the App.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App — including attempting to disrupt its operation, access other users' data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the
App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its nutrition data or AI-generated content will be accurate
or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on any meal plan, macro target, or
AI-generated suggestion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
